Cucumbers
Olive oil
Basil
Grated Pecorino (hard chhese made from ewe’s milk)
Cut the little tomatoes and the cucumber and season with olive oil and salt. Cook the orecchiette and season them with the tomatoes, cucumber, basil and grated pecorino. Add oil if necessary.
